Awana Clubs Cancellation Policy

 If Aplington/Parkersburg schools cancel classes or dismiss school early due to bad weather, we will NOT have Awana that evening.

We will make every effort to announce the cancellations in the Parkersburg Elementary School.  A leader from Allison will also be contacted regarding a cancellation.

Cancellations may also be heard on KNWS and KWWL.  If you have questions, and your club meets at Calvary Baptist, please call the church office at 346-1208, or Cory & Jen Troyna, at 347-2361.  If your club meets at First Congregational, please call the church office at 346-1373, or Cory & Jen Troyna, at 347-2361.

In the event that Aplington/Parkersburg is involved in a state play-off game in the evening of a scheduled Awana meeting, club will be cancelled. (i.e. November 1st, state football play-offs.)
